This uniquely designed round villa was hand-crafted in a tropical setting on a hillside overlooking water and islands, providing a panoramic view for miles around. This unit includes dual A/C split-units for cooling the entire space, a well-appointed eat-in kitchen, relaxing living room with smart TV with WiFi for streaming video, expansive view from the KING SIZE BED in your master bedroom, and lavish bathroom features including rainfall shower head and ample supply of towels. The outdoor area is a generous sized private deck space to enjoy the water and mountain views, BBQ with table and chairs for dining, zero gravity chairs for reclining. Conveniently located on a fully paved road (Rt. 108) immediately accessible to the main road (Rt. 10/Centerline) leading to St John island’s beaches & Virgin Islands National Park. EASY & free parking on site.

WATER AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM ALL AROUND THE VILLA AND ON PANORAMIC DECK. Step outside your bedroom or living room doors to enjoy the expansive sights from a bird’s eye view and trade winds of the Caribbean. Spend the morning soaking up the sunrise with your coffee as you overlook unobstructed, east-facing water and island views. Relax in the afternoon shade watching the colors of the setting sky as you cook dinner on the Weber gas BBQ grill. End your evening kicking back and gazing at the stars and listening to music. Your panoramic deck sits 500 feet above sea level facing the refreshing trade winds overlooking Coral Bay, Tortola and Norman Island of the BVIs, and down island at the Sir Francis Drake Channel towards the Baths of Virgin Gorda and Spanish Town.

MINUTES AWAY. We are conveniently located to so many things to do in St John. All the popular beaches such as Maho Bay, Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay are within a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Great snorkeling is close by at Maho, Salt Pond and Haulover Bay. Hikes at popular Reef Bay and Ram’s Head are within 10 minutes as well as several others as we are within close proximity the Virgin Islands National Park. Coral Bay offers several dining options such as Skinny Legs, Rhumb Lines, Lime Out, and Miss Lucy’s. Two grocery stores are at the bottom of our hill. Note that St. John is not very walkable throughout the entire island. Please rent a vehicle for transportation.

– You will need a vehicle for this rental – preferably with high clearance in the event that you travel off road that are not fully paved (such as a Jeep or SUV). Taxi service does not roam around the island; No uber/lyft.
– This rental has its own private entry door (digital keypad) & 1 designated parking space.

Public review I’ve stayed at many great Airbnb’s around the globe, and this villa stands apart for me and takes the cake as my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. I’m convinced there’s not a better place to stay in coral bay; the place is exactly as it looks in the photos. It has modern accommodations and all the conveniences one could want (most notably a water filter so you can drink the tap water at the Villa), and an incredible deck with the best of views. Ive never had such an accommodating, thoughtful, and well communicating host. My partner and I refuse stay anywhere else when visiting the USVI, and trust me when I say that as I’ve stayed at Sally’s Vista three times in the last 8 months!

The penthouse was spotless, well cared for and was everything we needed for a comfortable home base — but add to that the views and we were really in for a treat. You can’t get those views from Cruz bay! This was a first vacation (sans kids) celebrating a milestone birthday and we could not have had a better stay.

The villa is clean, spacious, and beautiful, and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was beautiful – we loved the shower! – and the bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the black-out curtains on the windows so that we could sleep in well, even with the bright sun. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay and hope to be back soon!

Public review My wife and I spent a week at Vista Bahia celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Sally’s place was even better in person than the incredible photos. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The wrap around deck provided incredible views and was the perfect outdoor space. The location is within 5 minutes of all that Coral Bay has to offer for food and drinks. The guestbook on the coffee table was very helpful. It had menus of local restaurants, her personal recommendations, maps, and anything you could possibly want to know about the place or the island. We highly recommend this perfect vacation getaway on such a beautiful island.Public review

Very clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the view. Easy to get to and excellent location for a Coral Bay based stay. Great bathroom and bed. All the basics for cooking and great food storage/tupperware. Very quiet and private, especially considering there are two other apartments below. Responsive and friendly hosts. Public review Sally’s place is absolutely stunning inside and out and exceeded our expectation. The villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable, as well as beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The view leading into the villa and from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking; pictures simply don’t do it justice. We felt like we were in paradise the moment we stepped inside. Finally, Sally and John were wonderful hosts and my only regret is that we didn’t get the chance to thank them in person for allowing us to be their guests; it was truly our honor. Public review This is the paradise! My husband and I stay for a couple of days for our honeymoon. We couldn’t ask for a better place. The house is absolutely stunning with everything we need. It’s well equipped and so comfy. The view is wonderful. We have stayed in so many beautiful Airbnb houses, ocean and mountains, nothing compares to the house Sally and John built. Sally is a wonderful host. She’s so thoughtful. She has great communication and very detailed instructions on how to get to the house. This is definitely the highlight of our honeymoon. Btw I love the sea turtles decorations in the house! ❤️
Public review Hands down, best place to enjoy a most needed vacation and honeymoon. Sally and John were great hosts. My wife is a germaphobe so the first thing we do when we go to a new place, it’s start cleaning and sanitizing. Sally’s cottage was clean to the touch. The view is out of this world, the garden it’s also amazing and well kept. Can’t thank Sally and John enough for the beautiful memories my wife and I made on Saint John.
Public review This stay met every expectation for us. The apartment was exceptional and the views were as advertised and more. We even spent our evenings star gazing on the balcony! The apartment was very clean and many everyday items which are not feasible to pack were provided including olive oil and various seasonings needed for cooking. The shower had all the necessary shampoos and body washes. There was also a first aid kit in the bathroom along with aloe vera which I needed for the sunburn I received at The Limeout. Beach chairs, towels were also provided. The check-in process was simple and Sally maintained casual communications with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. All in all, this was a stay we enjoyed and we plan to make a return visit at some point in the future.

John and I have both always loved traveling to the Caribbean. After traveling to St. John for over 15 years, we followed John's dream to move here. We built the villa ourselves, in a unique round design, adding our touches inside and out with hand craftsmanship.
