- Hosts have free webspace to add vacation rentals listings for the ability to accept your own bookings & receive payments directly from guests at the time of deposit and final payments.
- Facilitates the connection for a direct relationship between Host & Guest to book USVI vacation rentals, without the overshadowing of the reservation by a 3rd party (ex. Airbnb or VRBO).
- Guest & Host control and manage the course of inquiries, bookings and rental contract, payments, and the reservation experience.
- Great for repeat guest reservations, or saving time and effort building your own rental website with booking capabilities.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Instant booking capable (or, Hosts may require their confirmation first, so that a Guest inquiry is initiated before the booking is allowed)
- Direct, instant payment to Host by Guest – Host’s payments do not flow through website/Company at all (electronic payments are deposited directly to Host’s Business PayPal account at the time of Guest’s deposit/balance payment(s)).

- Host defines the rates, seasons, number of guests, etc.
- Host defines fees (ex. extra guests; cleaning; security/damage deposit (or waiver fee); etc.)
- Host defines the terms & conditions of rental contract
- Host defines the cancellation policy
- Host defines the deposit and payment schedule (ex. 50% deposit; final payment when Host chooses for example: 7/30/45/60/90 days before Check-In)

– ‘Host’ may be the villa owner or an authorized representative of the individual(s) or business entity who has proper legal authority for management the property (for example: property manager) located in St John, St Thomas, or St Croix
– A Business PayPal account is required for each Host to be able to add rental Listing(s) to the platform (i.e., an email address that isn’t associated with a PayPal personal account, and whose email has been successfully registered with PayPal as a business account).
– This website is a reservation and payment system just for Vacation Rentals located in the Virgin Islands
