- Host & Guest are not controlled by 3rd Party overshadowing the rental experience
- Guest & Host control and manage the course of inquiries, payments, and the reservation experience.

- Instant booking by Guest (Hosts may require their confirmation first, so that a Guest inquiry is initiated)
- Direct payment to Host by Guest (payments go directly to Host; not collected or held by website/Company)

- Host contact information and form is available on the Listing’s page for guest inquiries direct to the Host
- Free for Hosts to Post Villa Availability or Specials on our Facebook page using their Find A Rental website link to advertise for increased online exposure (~ only for Hosts who maintain a listing on the website)
- 5% Guest Fee
- 0% Host Fee; $0 to Sign Up; $0 Annual Fee; $0 Monthly Fee
- Host defines the payment schedule (ex. 50% deposit; final payment 30/45/60 days before Check-In)
- Host defines the cancellation policy
- Host defines the rates, seasons, number of guests, etc.
- Host defines fees (ex. security/damage deposit (or waiver fee); extra guests; cleaning; etc.)
- Host defines the terms & conditions of rental

– ‘Host’ may be the villa owner or an authorized representative of the individual(s) or business entity who has proper legal authority for management the property (for example: property manager, real estate agent).
– PayPal account required to add rental listing(s) to the platform. PayPal of the guest ‘Processing Fee’ will automatically be transmitted to platform at the same time the rental payment is made to Host.
