Hosts have free webspace to add vacation rentals listings, with iCal integration, for the ability to accept your own bookings & receive payments directly from guests at the time of deposit and final payments.
The website facilitates the connection for a direct relationship between Host & Guest to book USVI vacation rentals, without the overshadowing of the reservation by a 3rd party (ex. Airbnb or VRBO).
Guest & Host control and manage the course of inquiries, bookings, payments, and the reservation experience.
Great for repeat guest reservations, or saving time and effort building your own website.

Free for Hosts to Post Villa Availability or Specials on our Facebook page using their Find A Rental website Listing link to advertise for increased online exposure (~ only for Hosts who maintain a listing on the website).

– ‘Host’ may be the villa owner or an authorized representative of the individual(s) or business entity who has proper legal authority for management the property (for example: property manager) located in St John, St Thomas, or St Croix.

– PayPal account required to add rental listing(s) to the platform.

– This website is a reservation and payment system just for Virgin Islands Vacation Rentals

HOST NAME = Enter your Host Name for your account, how you want your name to be publicly displayed, such as: Business Name; Villa Name; or, First and Last Name. * NOTE: If you are an authorized Host of the property owner, be sure to disclose the name and nature of your business. You may be asked to prove you own the property or prove that you are the authorized Host who has permission to post the property to a new website.

EMAIL ADDRESS = Enter your email address to receive booking confirmations, etc.. If your PayPal email address for the payment destination will be different provide that separately in the Additional Info section below

VILLA or UNIT NAME.

PROPERTY LOCATION = Enter the Villa Location, either the physical lot number address/legal address or Google Pin name

URL LINK TO PROPERTY = Provide a link to view your property listing, such as: Airbnb; VRBO; your own website

ADDITIONAL INFO = Include a Paypal email if it would be different from the email address you provided above
